[embedded content] Paradox Interactive has announced that they’re bringing Cities: Skylines to PlayStation 4 on August 15. It will be available through both physical and digital retailers. A city-building game that set sales records for Paradox when it launched on PC, Cities: Skylines PlayStation 4 Edition will include the base game and After Dark expansion, as well as “controller-friendly gameplay and UI.” Here’s the full list of features: Build the city of your dreams – Plan road networks, bus lines and parks. Bring education, healthcare and safety to your citizens. Build it your way! Extensive local traffic simulation – Managing traffic and the needs of your citizens to work and play will require the use of several interactive transport systems – use careful road planning alongside buses, trains, subways, and much more. Districts and policies – Ban heavy traffic in your downtown area, assign free public transport to your waterfront, or ban pets in suburbia. Designate parts of your city as a district in order to set policy at the local level, and give different parts of town their own personalities. Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order announced today that several real world football (or soccer for us Americans) club stadiums, including the ones for Barcelona, Chelsea, Juventus, and Paris-Saint-Germain can now built in the new Stadiums: European Club Pack DLC/add-on for Cities: Skylines. This DLC works in tandem with the free “Match Day” expansion for Cities: Skylines, which released in June, and allowed players to build massive sports venues in their cities.
