12 Launch Titles Confirmed Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch Launch Titles list features both the Nintendo Switch Games available on launch day (March 3rd, 2017) and in the launch “window” (usually meaning within the first three months following launch day). Games might be added, moved or removed according to any new release date information. Please check this article regularly to keep yourself updated of any possible changes. The following games are confirmed to be available to purchase the day that the Nintendo Switch launches in March – and whether they are retail or digital/e-shop only. The following games below have been confirmed ONLY for Japan on March 3rd, in addition to the games listed above. Friends and Colleagues Remember Bill Paxton

The actor has passed away at age 61. By Lucy O’Brien Friends and colleagues of Bill Paxton have shared their memories of the actor and filmmaker on social media, after he passed away suddenly from complications post-surgery. Paxton’s passing has sent Hollywood reeling, and everyone from Tom Hanks to Clark Gregg have chimed in to share their memories and offer condolences to his family. Bill Paxton Dies at 61

Paxton passed away following complications from surgery. By Jim Vejvoda Veteran actor and filmmaker Bill Paxton died suddenly Saturday at the age of 61. In a statement released to TMZ, the Paxton family said, “It is with heavy hearts we share the news that Bill Paxton has passed away due to complications from surgery. Bill’s passion for the arts was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth and tireless energy were undeniable.” Bill Paxton as Pvt. Hudson in Aliens (1986). Paxton’s many feature film acting credits include several James Cameron films — Aliens (as the immensely quotable Private Hudson), Titanic, The Terminator, and True Lies — as well as Tombstone, Apollo 13, Twister, Edge of Tomorrow, Nightcrawler, A Simple Plan, Predator 2, Near Dark, Weird Science, One False Move, 2 Guns, Sky Kids 2 and 3-D, Club Dread, U-571, and Trespass. The Texas-born Paxton also directed the films Frailty (which he also acted in) and The Greatest Game Ever Played. Skyrim Director on Working With Nintendo, Bethesda Game Studios' Past and Future

How Bethesda’s past informs its future. By Jonathon Dornbush Todd Howard, game director and executive producer behind several of Bethesda Game Studios’ biggest critical and commercial successes, will be honored at the DICE Awards 2017. For the Fallout 4 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim director, however, the accolade is not just about his contributions to the industry. “They’ll put my name on [the award], and I’ll accept it, but it really is for the whole team here,” Howard said, speaking with IGN ahead of DICE 2017.
